Enjoy classic Western cuisine beloved in Ginza with dessert served on a trolley at Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store

Jun 3, 2017

To celebrate its 115th anniversary, Shiseido Parlour Ginza flagship store is offering the "Shiseido Parlour 115th Anniversary Special Course," a Western-style course menu until June 30th. The course begins with an amuse-bouche and appetizer, followed by a choice of meat dishes: the beloved classic "roast beef" made with Kagoshima Kuroushi beef, a Japanese Black breed known for its mellow, rich flavor and umami. Choose from a "fillet steak" with your choice of sauce, or a fish dish: "Live Tiger Prawns and Sole Antoinette Style," named after Marie Antoinette's hairstyle and prepared using a method passed down through generations of chefs. For dessert, a selection of six to seven sweets will be served on a cart, and service staff will be dressed in uniforms evocative of the time, creating a special and traditional experience unique to the 115th anniversary.

The Lunch A course is 7,000 yen, the Dinner A course with soup is 8,000 yen, and the Lunch & Dinner B course, which allows you to enjoy both fish and meat dishes, is 12,000 yen (a separate 10% service charge applies).
