Juchheim Co., Ltd. will be releasing "Jun Hyoka," a shaved ice exclusive to the Juchheim Kobe Motomachi flagship store, from July 20, 2020.

What is "Jun Hyoka"?
Based on Juchheim's "Pure Nature" theme, this shaved ice lets you savor the deliciousness of fruit in its natural form, making it the perfect summer treat. It's made by shaving ice filled with plenty of fruit and topping it with fresh cream and a handmade biscuit crumble for added texture. Enjoy this "Pure Nature" dessert, free of syrup, that maximizes the fruit's natural flavor and texture.

What is “Pure Nature”?
Juchheim was founded in 1919 as a confectionery shop by founders Carl and Ellie Juchheim.

Its origins lie in healthy sweets like the kind a mother would make for her child. In the 1960s, during the era of mass production and when the use of food additives was commonplace, Juchheim declared "NO" to the use of additives, and in 1969 expressed its confectionery-making philosophy of "making only with natural ingredients, without unnecessary additives" in the four-letter phrase "Pure Nature." Even now, 50 years later, the company continues to make pure, natural sweets, believing that "truly delicious sweets are healthy for the body."
