The Westin Tokyo will be offering "Summer Premium Parfait" in its lobby lounge, "The Lounge," and executive bar, "The Bar," from July 1 to August 31, 2020.

We will be offering three varieties of each: "Summertime Parfait," a fruity parfait accented with lime and bergamot, with bright red berries, exotic tropical fruits, and refreshing citrus fruits shining in the summer sunshine; and "Twilight Parfait," a parfait for adults only available in the evenings that combines seasonal fruits, high-quality chocolate, and fragrant liquor. Summertime Parfait
These parfaits are made with a generous amount of seasonal fruits: "Rouge" features vibrant, sweet and sour red berries; "Exotic" is bright and tropically scented; and "Citrus" is juicy and bursting with citrus juice. Accented with bergamot and lime, you can enjoy a harmony of summer fruits layered in various ways, including fresh, frozen, sorbet, and granita, all melting in your mouth with a cool frosting.

In a calm space overlooking the illuminated garden, you can enjoy a luxurious moment surrounded by the mellow aroma of western liquor.

Executive Pastry Chef Suzuki Kazuo Profile: Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1967. Appointed Executive Pastry Chef at The Westin Tokyo in 2000. Oversees all pastry items in restaurants, lounges, banquets, etc. With a wide repertoire ranging from traditional European sweets to original, creative sweets, Suzuki is constantly developing new products. He is in charge of the dessert buffet at The Terrace in the same hotel, attracting many sweets fans. Suzuki's sweets, which he continues to take on new challenges with the sole desire to please his guests, have many repeat customers, and his classic popular items such as cream puffs and soufflés, as well as his new seasonal products, have received high praise.
