Jean-Paul Hévin will be selling "Chocolat Aperitif aux Fromages" at JEAN-PAUL Hévin boutiques nationwide and online from June 1 to 30, 2020. 
 
Cheese bonbons are Jean-Paul Hévin's signature creation. They were launched in 1999 to mark the turn of the millennium. They're perfect for an aperitif, a pre-dinner experience with friends and loved ones, complete with drinks and snacks.
 
 
These bonbons are made with four types of cheese, plus nuts and spices. Walnuts are used for the Roquefort, which has a strong salty flavor and distinctive aroma. Enjoy the mellow flavor and delicate aroma. The goat's milk chèvre is seasoned with hazelnuts and Sichuan peppercorns, giving it a refreshing flavor. Other toppings include Epoisse x cumin and Pont L'Eveque x thyme, a combination that brings out the unique characteristics of each cheese.
