The Westin Tokyo (Meguro-ku, Tokyo) will host "Stellar Afternoon Tea at the Top" at its top-floor French restaurant, Victor's, from June 1 to July 31, 2023.


Previously, Executive Pastry Chef Kazuo Suzuki has created seasonal sweets using his skill and sensibility, displayed on a classic afternoon tea stand and served each season in the first-floor lobby lounge, "The Lounge." Now, guests can enjoy an All-Star Afternoon Tea featuring a carefully selected selection of popular sweets from the many afternoon teas on offer in the elegant space of Victor's top-floor restaurant, offering panoramic views of Tokyo.


These exquisite scones, made without eggs but using only yogurt and buttermilk, are served with clotted cream specially selected by the executive chef. The drink menu also offers 13 drinks to choose from, including drinks perfect for the early summer season, such as Salty Soda.

This premium afternoon tea, available for only two months, allows you to savor exquisite sweets while enjoying an unobstructed, open view of the Tokyo skyline.

【Profile of Executive Pastry Chef Suzuki Kazuo】


Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1967. Appointed Executive Pastry Chef at "The Westin Tokyo" in 2000. He is in charge of all "pastry items" at restaurants, lounges, banquets, etc. With a wide repertoire ranging from traditional European confections to original, creative sweets, Suzuki is constantly developing new products. He is responsible for the dessert buffet at the hotel's "The Terrace," captivating many sweets enthusiasts. Suzuki's constant challenge, driven by a desire to delight guests, has earned him many repeat customers. His classic favorites, such as cream puffs and soufflés, as well as his seasonal new creations, have also garnered high praise.
