In this week's Bread of the Week, the FASHION HEADLINE editorial team introduces the latest breads. For the 22nd installment, we'll be featuring "Maison Landemaine."

Maison Landemaine was opened in Paris in 2007 by its owners, baker Yoshimi Ishikawa, and acclaimed pastry chef Rodolphe Landemaine. Their bread and sweets, made using traditional methods, are enthusiastically supported by Parisian gourmets, and they are now known as a highly skilled shop with 16 stores in France and 2 in Japan.
Their signature products are two types of croissants made with cultured butter from France and Japan, and three types of authentic baguettes that allow you to enjoy the rich flavor of wheat. While we would love to introduce these signature products, this time we've picked out some seasonal items that we recommend you try this season.

The "Buche Praline Caramel" is a praline caramel mousse-based treat with orange and passion fruit confitures hidden inside. This jam is very juicy and delicious, bringing out the nutty flavor of the praline and the rich, full-bodied flavor of the caramel while leaving a clean, refreshing aftertaste, so despite its richness, you won't tire of it and can savor it until the very end.
