Bvlgari Il Cioccolato will release "Tortino al tè e Frutta Secca," a black tea and dried fruit chocolate cake, for a limited time only, on April 13th.

This spring's "Tortino al tè e frutta secca" is inspired by salame di cioccolato (chocolate salami), a local dessert from Lombardy (Italy), and is a masterpiece that brings together the flavors and textures of various ingredients, such as almonds, pistachios, and dried fruit, in a small chocolate cake.
Salame di Cioccolato (Chocolate Salami) is a confectionery made by mixing crushed biscotti and nuts into a bitter chocolate dough and shaping it into a salami shape. At Bvlgari Il Cioccolato, the rich texture and flavor of this confection is combined with semi-dried apricots, figs, almonds, pistachios, and pearl cracquaintances, and a black tea milk chocolate ganache, then coated in bitter chocolate. We recommend enjoying the unique characteristics of the ingredients and pairing it with your favorite tea.
