This blissful parfait, featuring fresh, red-fleshed melon known for its intensely sweet and rich flavor, is luxuriously topped with plum wine jelly and Brillat-Savarin cheese cream, and offers a refreshing, fruity texture that anyone can enjoy. It will be available in limited quantities from April 15 to June 30, 2023.
This gorgeous-looking parfait is topped with a unique melon decoration. It features a melon mesh made of white chocolate, green candy skin, and red-fleshed melon made of meringue.
The top layer of the parfait is made of fresh melon pulp and melon-flavored vanilla ice cream, followed by a layer of red-fleshed melon mousse. Beneath that is a layer of sponge cake for added texture and a layer of Brillat-Savarin cheese cream with a subtle saltiness. Beneath that is a layer of jelly made with seasonally refreshing plum wine, a layer of Brillat-Savarin, and finally a green melon jelly to accentuate the melon flavor.
The melons used are selected from the best growing regions. Each layer is carefully designed to bring out its own flavor, and is delicious whether eaten individually or together.
