"Hokkaido Biei Premium Bread" (1,111 yen / limit of two loaves per person per day) is made with a blend of two types of wheat flour: "Yumechikara," a rare Biei-produced strong flour from Biei Town in Kamikawa District, Hokkaido, and "Kitahonami," a medium-strength flour, and is baked with a focus on ingredients from Hokkaido, combining it with milk, cream, and butter from Hokkaido. Made using the Yudane method, it has a moist, chewy, and elastic texture.
Among the store's soft and chewy breads, this one has a unique soft texture and a refined, fragrant aroma and rich flavor, born from a blend of two types of flour. It is presented in a gift box, giving it a premium appearance.
Sales will be available at three stores: Tokyo Denenchofu store, Namba Hatsugou main store, and Kagoshima Kinsei store, and will be by reservation only via the official website (https://shokupan-sakimoto.com/), in-store, and by phone. Reservations will begin at 11:00 on June 24th and will be accepted until 14:00 the day before each sale. There is a limited number of loaves available each day, so it is recommended that you make your reservation early.
