About Kyoto Nekoneko

●What is "Kyoto Nekoneko"?
A cat-shaped bakery and sweets specialty store. They offer products that are perfect for souvenirs and gifts, as well as everyday meals and a variety of other occasions. The logo is inspired by the "en" (connections) that form bonds, the Japanese "wa" (harmony) that is typical of Kyoto, the "circle" (circle) of people and their "family crests", and features a cat bowing inside. In fact, this cat is bowing at a "22-degree angle (meow meow)". The double round circle is not only inspired by plates, but also represents the "en" (connections) of Nekoneko. Please enjoy Kyoto's Nekoneko bread, which will be a part of your daily life.

Product Lineup

● [Beckoning Nekoneko] Kyoto Nekoneko Bread
Made with Danish dough made with plenty of fermented butter from France. The dough is woven into a three-braid pattern and baked in a mold, which prevents the moisture from escaping, resulting in a moist texture. It is then sprinkled with coarse sugar, giving it a deliciously crispy texture all the way to the crust. (Price: 1,200 yen + tax per loaf)

● Neko Neko Shokupan (Soy Milk)
Made with 100% domestic soybeans. This fresh white bread uses soy milk produced by a tofu shop in Kyoto. While maintaining the same water-free manufacturing method that is characteristic of Neko Neko Shokupan, we have added soy milk made from domestic soybeans in addition to cow's milk, resulting in a mellow, rich flavor with a moist and chewy texture. What's more, soy cream is used instead of mascarpone cheese, and soy milk cream butter instead of butter, making this white bread even more Kyoto-esque.

● Nekoneko Shokupan (soy milk) Plain (Price: 550 yen per loaf + tax)
Made with soy milk, milk, honey and soy milk butter
A slightly sweet and chewy Nekoneko Shokupan exclusive to Kyoto Nekoneko.

● Nekoneko Shokupan (soy milk) Hojicha (Price: 680 yen per loaf + tax)
Fragrant roasted green tea and white chocolate are kneaded into the crust.

● Nekoneko Shokupan (soy milk) Matcha (Price: 680 yen per loaf + tax)
Richly fragrant matcha and black beans are kneaded into the crust.

●Available in a variety of flavors. Adorable cat-shaped "Neko Neko Butter Sandwich"
Crispy cookies made with fermented butter from France are filled with butter and sandwiched with a chocolate-based cream that melts in your mouth. There are a variety of flavors to choose from, including Earl Grey and blackcurrant. We're sure you'll find your favorite. (Price: ¥200 + tax per piece) *Sales will begin sequentially.
