Dorokia Oraciita, known for her freshly baked cheese tart specialty shop PABLO, has launched a new sweets brand. The first store of "Paczac, a specialty shop for crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate," will open in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, on June 12th.

The brand name "Paczac" was inspired by the onomatopoeic word "chomp!" (crunch!) used when eating, and the "crunch!" (crunch!) of biscuit dough. With one bite, you can enjoy the new, melty, crunchy texture created by layering melting chocolate and crunchy biscuits. PacZac is a chocolate brand that pursues that "delicious texture."

The opening lineup features two signature products: "Crunchy, Melting Chocolate, High Cocoa" and "Crunchy, Melting Chocolate, Kyo Uji Matcha." Each product uses chocolate that has been carefully selected to best match the desired flavor.
