"gmgm" will have its grand opening in Koenji, Tokyo on June 7th as a sister store of "HANABAR," which offers cocktails and dishes made with edible flowers.





Like HANABAR, the store direction and interior design of gmgm was handled by dried flower artist Nana Yui.




 
The interior of the store is decorated with coral pink walls, antique furniture, and dried flowers, and food and drinks made with edible flowers are available for takeout. The grand menu includes "Flower Crepes" with edible flowers woven into the dough, "Pink Curry" based on Thai coconut curry with its captivating bright pink color, "Coconut Milk Latte" in five vibrant colors made with natural plant pigments, and "Flower Cookies" that were previously sold exclusively at the online shop of "Taniku Hammock," a dried flower specialty store run by the shop's owners.

Like HANABAR in Ikebukuro, gmgm will also be selling some of the dried flowers decorating the cafe, and they are also planning to sell "fresh flowers that can be easily dried" once a week, so be sure to check it out when you visit.
