Sweet and sour tapioca drink "Tapioca Cherry Latte" is a new summer release

Roasted COFFEE LABORATORY, a coffee shop with a roastery in Jinnan, Shibuya, will be introducing new summer drinks from May 28th.

There are three new drinks this summer. The highlight is the Tapioca Cherry Latte, which uses cherries, which are in season now. It is made by mixing a homemade syrup made from griotte cherries, which have a distinctive tartness, with a special iced latte. The refreshing sweet and sour taste of the cherry fills your mouth, enveloped in the rich, bittersweet flavor and creaminess of the iced latte. Tapioca is added to finish it off, creating a satisfying drink with a fun texture.

Tapioca Cherry Latte (600 yen)

The popular "Espresso Tonic" at Roasted Coffee Laboratory every year is back this summer, made by combining espresso with tonic water and sweetening it with agave syrup. This year, the lineup has been expanded to include an evolved version, the "Espresso Lime Freezing." Espresso poured over frozen ice and lime is a drink perfect for the hot summer.

These summer drinks will be available at all stores except Roasted Coffee Laboratory Aoyama. The offer will run until July 31st.
