Dandelion Chocolate will open a new concept shop, "Bean to Bar Lounge Omotesando GYRE," on February 1st inside "HAY TOKYO," located on the basement floor of GYRE in Omotesando, Tokyo.

Since its founding in San Francisco in 2010, Dandelion Chocolate has pursued "Bean to Bar Chocolate," which involves an integrated process from sourcing cacao beans to final product. Committed to single-origin chocolate, Dandelion Chocolate takes into consideration all aspects of chocolate-making, including the origin and year of harvest of the cacao beans, the fermentation process, and the working conditions of the producers on the farms. Their mission is to connect the world on an equal footing through "Bean to Bar" and to establish this movement as a culture.
The newly opened "Bean to Bar Lounge Omotesando GYRE" will feature newly developed drinks and sweets for the Japanese market that further deepen the company's commitment and respect for single-origin chocolate. To maximize the unique characteristics of cacao, which has completely different flavors depending on the origin, the store will offer an innovative menu that allows customers to compare and enjoy the differences in flavor based on origin and cacao content.
 Gâteau au Chocolat
Gâteau au Chocolat
The "Gâteau au Chocolat," which became a hot topic when it was launched on Dandelion Chocolate's online store in December and sold out in just one day, is now available as a pastry menu item. Two types of chocolate will be offered: a chocolate gateau from India with a rich, cheesecake-like flavor, and a chocolate gateau from the Dominican Republic with a nutty flavor and a distinctly chocolatey taste.
 Single Origin Hot Chocolate
Single Origin Hot Chocolate
The "Single Origin Hot Chocolate" is a new addition to Dandelion Chocolate's popular hot chocolate line, long popular in the United States, developed to coincide with the store's opening. Two chocolate drinks will be available: one made with 70% Belize chocolate, reminiscent of strawberries and other berries, and the other with a deep mocha-like flavor and a clean, crisp finish. Experience the distinct flavors of the cacao directly. The origin and content of the cacao used change seasonally.
 Chocolate Macarons
Chocolate Macarons
The "Chocolate Macarons" are made with single-origin chocolate made from cacao beans from three different regions. Each production method is unique to each region to bring out the unique characteristics of the cacao. Enjoy the different colors and flavors of the chocolates from Tanzania, India, and the Dominican Republic. The cacao used in the "Gâteau au Chocolat" and "Chocolate Macarons" is the most delicious in season.
Explore the endless possibilities and excitement of single-origin chocolate in our tasting lounge, available only at a bean-to-bar specialty store.
