The Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi, Tokyo, will be hosting a limited-time "Strawberry Afternoon Tea Buffet" featuring an abundance of seasonal domestic strawberries from January 7 to March 10, 2019.


In addition to sweets made with seasonal strawberries such as strawberry tart and strawberry tiramisu, the buffet will also feature a "Ruby Fountain" made with the popular ruby chocolate. Enjoy dipping strawberries, petit choux, and marshmallows into the adorable ruby chocolate, a natural pink color created from ruby cacao.

For drinks, choose from three varieties specially prepared for this afternoon tea by Los Angeles-based premium organic tea brand "ART OF TEA."


Other savory dishes served alongside the strawberries include gorgeous-looking dishes such as smoked salmon, beetroot, dill cream blinis, made with red and pink ingredients such as beetroot and salmon, served buffet-style.
