La Terrazza Dom Pérignon Lounge on the 11th floor of BVLGARI Ginza Tower is selling the Italian dessert "Brioche con gelato" for a limited time from July 23rd.

"Brioche con gelato" is a popular dessert loved by many in Italy, made by sandwiching gelato between brioche, a slightly sweet and fragrant bread made with plenty of milk. In its birthplace, Sicily, it's enjoyed not only as a snack but also for breakfast or lunch. It's enjoyed casually anytime, anywhere, whether it's on a bar terrace relaxing in the sun, on the beach, or while taking it out for a stroll. The sophisticated "Brioche con Gelato," characteristic of Bvlgari, is available for a limited time only. It combines homemade gelato and sorbet by Fabrizio Fiorani, pastry chef at Bvlgari Tokyo and Osaka restaurants, sandwiched between homemade brioche. The brioche uses olive oil instead of the usual butter, resulting in a light texture that pairs perfectly with the gelato.
