In addition to the three classic types of curry rice, the "Summer GINZA Curry Fair" will feature a total of six carefully crafted curry dishes that make the most of the flavors of seafood, chicken, beef, and more, based on cooking methods handed down by successive chefs. The "Wakayama Prefecture Kishu Umedori Braised Chicken and Summer Vegetable Soup Curry" is made with juicy Kishu Umedori chicken simmered in curry-flavored broth, and the chicken falls apart easily, while the curry soup has a fragrant spice flavor.

Australian Thai restaurant Long Rain offers three spicy dishes for a limited time only this summer. The "Jungle Curry Snapper," a popular menu item in the home country, is the spiciest of the dishes. Enjoy the straight-up spiciness without coconut milk!

Inspired by local Asian cuisine, these spicy noodles are here. In July, we have "Roast Beef Korean Cold Noodle Curry," inspired by "Korean Cold Noodles × Curry," in August we have "Cold Pho Chicken and Coriander Green Curry," inspired by "Vietnamese Pho × Curry," and in September we have "Biri-Uma Mapo Eggplant Curry Udon," a rich butter curry with the aroma of Japanese pepper. Come and try the different dishes every month!

A midsummer "Tasty and Spicy Menu" is being offered at 10 restaurants in Omotesando Hills. Kageyamaro, a Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor of the main building, is introducing "Super Spicy Tantan Noodles with Hazelnut Flavor," which combines jolokia pepper paste, said to be one of the spiciest in the world, with fresh chili peppers and fragrant hazelnuts.
