Le Beurre Noisette TOKYO, the Tokyo branch of the popular neo-bistro in Paris's 15th arrondissement, will be reopening as Cafe Noisette on the 12th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi on February 23rd.
Cafe Noisette, created by Thierry Blanqui, the owner and chef of the Paris main store, is based on the concept of "everyday gourmet food" and will be a more casual and informal restaurant where you can enjoy French cuisine, starting with just one dish.
Thierry Blanqui has trained at grand maisons such as the Tour d'Argent, Hotel Ritz, and Ledoyen (a three-star Michelin restaurant), and was ranked a respectable second in the 2008 list of "Best Neo-Bistro in Paris" by France's most prestigious magazine, Figaroscope. He is one of the chefs attracting attention not only in France but around the world.
