The "Shine Muscat and Three Kinds of Grape Parfait from Iizuka Orchard, Nagano Prefecture" (1,980 yen including tax) is a luxurious parfait topped with Shine Muscat grapes carefully selected from Iizuka Orchard in Nagano Prefecture and the three most delicious kinds of grapes available at the time. Enjoy the harmony of homemade grape sorbet, refreshing milk ice cream, and smooth grape jelly, as well as the exquisite change in flavor from the refreshing acidity to the sophisticated bitterness of the pink grapefruit sauce. The three types of grapes used are Nagano Purple, Queen Nina, Oriental Star, and Benitamaki, which are the most delicious at the time. Ask at the store on the day to find out which grapes are used.
Also available is the "Gifu Prefecture Mino Chestnut Bavarian Cream" (with coffee or tea/cup service, 1,980 yen including tax), topped with large, early-harvested Mino chestnuts. The bavarois is topped with Mino chestnuts simmered in their skins and finished with a rich matcha sauce. At Nihonbashi Takashimaya, Yokohama Takashimaya, Yokohama Sogo, and Nagoya stores, the seasonal parfait "Fujiminori and Suiho Special Parfait from Katsunuma, Yamanashi Prefecture" (1,728 yen including tax) is available only in autumn.
