Louis Vuitton is collaborating with Michelin-starred Chef Sako Mori, one of the rising stars of French cuisine, to offer an unparalleled gourmet experience at the White 1921 Hotel. This summer, a new address will open in the legendary Saint-Tropez, located on the world-renowned French Riviera: Louis Vuitton's first restaurant, led by Sako Mori, head chef of Michelin-starred MoSuke in Paris.

In keeping with the Maison's tradition of the "essence of travel," Sako Mori will lead the artistic direction of this vibrant, modern restaurant. African and Japanese influences meet with French savoir-faire to create a global journey with a menu reminiscent of exquisitely crafted art. The star chef has chosen the White 1921 Hotel, located on Place des Lices in the heart of the Var village, as the setting for his seasonal restaurant in collaboration with Louis Vuitton. This elegant seaside residence offers a haven from the hustle and bustle of midsummer.

Restaurant "Mory Sacko at Louis Vuitton" is an oasis of tranquility, inspired by the chef's unique ideas. Celebrating the encounter between fresh ingredients and far-flung lands, the space is designed to offer a decadent yet refined experience. For the first time, Saint-Tropez's most private terrace is a place where contemporary gastronomy meets design. Enjoy lunch, lunch, and dinner under the Provençal sunshine in the restaurant, which seats approximately 40. The interior, meticulously designed in collaboration with Mori Sako, echoes Louis Vuitton's codes. The elegant and refined Moongate is a work of art in itself. Beyond, travertine, wood, rope, and rattan elevate the interior, adorned with Monogram Flowers and a specially redesigned "Objet Nomade." This striking architecture, designed in collaboration with Chef Mori Sako, harmonizes tranquility, fresh air, and light, evoking the magical sensations inherent in a Mediterranean vacation.

For cuisine, Mori Sako has created a travel-inspired menu by combining locally sourced ingredients with inspiration from far-flung lands. For lunch, the young chef offers an interpretation of ekiben, a boxed lunch sold for train passengers at train stations and on board trains across Japan. Creative summer flavors are presented on custom wooden trays designed by the chef, and served in glass containers adorned with preserved flowers and foliage. The flavor journey continues at dinnertime with a tapas menu and traditional plated service. Eggs missonnaise, vegetarian eggplant tacos, grilled amberjack, crayfish, prime rib, a rich tagine served in a clay pot, a fresh fennel and mango salad, plantain bananas with smoked paprika...

Mory Sacko at Louis Vuitton in Saint-Tropez offers a blend of authentic charm and simplicity, using locally sourced, primarily plant-based ingredients and infused with a touch of far-flung lands.
