Patisserie KIHACHI will be accepting reservations for Christmas cakes from October 1st to December 17th.
This year, Patisserie KIHACHI has created eight new Christmas cakes with the theme of "Bijoux de Noel." One of the most notable is the "Bijoux de Noel" (6,912 yen including tax), which is named after this year's theme. This cake, designed to resemble a jewelry box, is a shortcake made with sparkling strawberries and blueberries inside a box made of white chocolate with freeze-dried strawberries.
Also available is the "Kirapika Strawberry Christmas Shortcake" (8,100 yen including tax), a shortcake made with plenty of premium Kirapika strawberries. Other flavors include "Noel Marron" (3,996 yen including tax), which is chocolate mousse layered with chestnut mousse and topped with Japanese chestnut cream; "Noel Chocolat" (3,996 yen including tax), which combines araguayan berries with the aroma of raisins and chestnuts with chocolate mousse and hazelnut cream; "Noel Berry" (3,240 yen including tax), which is a jelly containing acai, raspberries, and blueberries, and fromage mousse wrapped in berry mousse; and "Noel Mango" (3,240 yen including tax), which is chocolate mousse, blood orange jelly, and diced mango wrapped in Alphonso mango mousse.
For those enjoying Christmas together, smaller sizes will be available: "Petit Noel Berry" (1,728 yen including tax), which combines berry mousse with a gentle, tart passion fruit mousse, and "Petit Noel Marron" (1,728 yen including tax), which features candied chestnuts with their skins from Kumamoto Prefecture, Japanese chestnut cream, and vanilla mousse wrapped in a walnut chiffon sheet.
Also, from November 11th to December 25th, Christmas-only baked goods will be on sale, including "Chocolat Stollen" (2,4894 yen including tax), which is made with a chocolate dough kneaded with Valrhona cocoa and filled with dried fruits, nuts, and marzipan soaked in liquor, and "Noel Assortment" (3,240 yen including tax), which is filled with traditional Christmas sweets such as the new "Chocolat Stollen" and "Gingerbread Man Cookies."
As part of their Christmas campaign, Patisserie Kihachi will be giving away 14K gold and diamond necklaces to five customers, and tickets that can be exchanged for a slice of cake of your choice in-store to 100 customers. Entry cards will be distributed to the first 4,000 customers who reserve a Christmas cake worth 3,240 yen or more from October 1st.
