The "Baguette Tradition" is made using the same recipe that won the 2017 Baguette Tradition competition in France, using all ingredients, including flour, salt, and water, from France, and is made using traditional methods. The "Croissant aux Beurres" is made with plenty of fragrant butter from Normandy and folded multiple times. The "Sandwich Jambon Camembert Abricot" is a baguette made with 100% French wheat, sandwiched with Camembert cheese and special roast ham by Chef Hiroko Sato of Ochanomizu wine bistro "Lepic", and accented with dried apricots for a gentle flavor. This deliciousness was born from the mutual trust and deep respect between Chef Shinada and Chef Narusawa.
Lemon Panettone, Mitron Bakery's First Arrival in Japan
Mirazur is a restaurant located in Menton, a small town on the Côte d'Azur on the border between Italy and France, famous for its lemons. Praised as one of the world's best by gastronomes from around the world, it has won the triple crown of the global gastronomy world, receiving three stars in the French version of Michelin 2019, ranking first in the 2019 edition of The World's 50 Best Restaurants, and first in the 2020 edition of The World's 100 Best Chefs.
