Jun 4, 2016

Toraya Cafe's Roppongi Hills, Omotesando Hills, and Aoyama locations will be offering four different types of "mizore" for different periods.
The first item on sale from June 17th to July 10th is "Mango and Soy Milk Mizore." It features refreshing mango mizore and mild soy milk mizore, topped with a white bean paste-based "vanilla and lemon" paste. From July 11th to 31st, "Citron Ginger Mizore" will be available, offering the refreshing flavors of orange and lemon and the tangy ginger. It is topped with raspberry bean paste paste made in-house.
From August 1st to 22nd, "Watermelon Mizore" will be available, made with fresh watermelon puree and only white honey added. It is covered in a rum-flavored bean paste sauce and sprinkled with red beans to represent watermelon seeds. The "Matcha and Citrus Milk Mizore," available from August 23rd to September 15th, is a fragrant matcha mizore topped with soy milk mizore with a citrus aroma. A layer of red bean paste, "Ogura An," is placed at the bottom of the glass. The price is 1,026 yen (tax included) for a single serving at the Roppongi Hills and Omotesando Hills stores, 1,458 yen (tax included) for a drink set, and 864 yen (tax included) for a small portion at the Aoyama store. Other meal options are also available. From June 3rd to 30th, the "Seasonal Vegetable Soup (Asparagus and Cabbage) and Wholemeal Scone" (1,188 yen (tax included), weekday-only lunch set with drink: 1,001 yen (tax included)) will be available, featuring a potato-based soup combined with sautéed asparagus and cabbage and topped with crispy grilled bacon.

Also, from June 17th until mid-September, the Roppongi Hills store, Omotesando Hills store, Aoyama store, and An Stand Shinjuku store will be selling "Vanilla and Lemon" (864 yen including tax), a paste made from white bean paste made from rare white azuki beans with lemon puree, honey, and vanilla beans.
