Karuizawa Hotel Bleston Court offers a "Sweets Collection" made with the most seasonal ingredients for each season. This summer, they will be offering a variety of delicious sweets created by pastry chefs who have traveled to various production areas in Shinshu to identify the most delicious moments of the ingredients.
The sweets course "Menu Desserts" will be available for a limited time as "Munu Desserts Foid" (2,500 yen *tax and service charge not included), which allows you to savor only cold sweets. The first dish is "Green Water Surface Rayon Vert Melon Soup and Granita," a dessert that combines chilled melon ice cream "Granita" with melon jelly and soup, while the second dish is "Orange Rainbow L'Arc d'Orange Apricot and Japanese Black Tea Parfait," accented by the texture of lemon meringue. The third dish is "Overlapping Leaves Mille Feuille d'ete Honey Mille-feuille," a honey-based dessert prepared right before your eyes by a pastry chef and served with your choice of sauce, such as peach, rhubarb, or blueberry compote. Other dishes include gateaux, assiette desserts, smoothies, and afternoon teas, all of which allow you to enjoy fruits bathed in the summer sunshine.
