Hugo & Victor, a genius pastry chef, will be selling a special delicatessen limited edition in Futako Tamagawa

May 26, 2016

Parisian sweets brand HUGO and VICTOR will open a pop-up shop showcasing their original delicatessen on the first floor of the Tamagawa Takashimaya Main Building from May 26th to July 18th.

Established in Paris in 2010, HUGO and VICTOR is a sweets brand born from inspiration from cultures such as art and literature, and a commitment to ingredients. Chef patissier Hugues Pouget offers innovative sweets made with fresh ingredients and seasonal fruits personally discovered.

As a special menu item, the shop will feature store-exclusive recipes created by Chef patissier Hugues Pouget specifically for this occasion. Three types of quiche will be available: "Eggplant and Mint Quiche with Seasonal Salad" (1,200 yen), which uses traditional herbs unique to the south of France where Hugues Pouget was born and raised; "Tomato and Basil Quiche with Seasonal Salad" (1,200 yen); and "Special Croque Monsieur with Seasonal Salad" (1,200 yen), which is a modern twist on a classic recipe.

In addition, customers who spend over 4,000 yen (tax included) at the shop will receive an original Hugo & Victor eco bag on a first-come, first-served basis.
