Andaz Tokyo is celebrating summer with melt-in-your-mouth salt-accented puddings and fresh caramel, along with fresh fruit shaved ice.

Starting July 1st, Andaz Tokyo will be offering the "Salt & Caramel Selection," a sweet that showcases the charms of three types of salt.

"Fresh Salted Caramel" (3 types, 12 pieces, 700 yen) uses a generous amount of high-quality French butter and cream, and brings out the unique charm of each salt with exquisite technique and arrangement. The unique characteristics of each salt add an accent to the high-quality flavor, and the texture that spreads in your mouth will provide you with a moment of bliss. It comes in three types: "Lemon Salt Caramel from Malta," "Mint Salt Caramel from Cyprus," and "Smoked Salt Caramel from the UK."

"Salt Caramel Pudding" (with one caramel sauce of your choice, 650 yen, caramel sauce alone, 250 yen) is a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth pudding made with fresh cream. You can choose your favorite salted caramel sauce from "Strawberry & Bolivian Pink Salt Caramel," "Maple & Guérande, France Salt Caramel," or "Okinawa Salt Caramel." Also available is a "Chiffon Cake" (2,000 yen) that lets you enjoy the harmony of the perfect maple sweetness and Guérande, France salt. Also available from June 13th to September 9th are "Fresh Fruit KAKIGORI," featuring soft, melt-in-your-mouth ice topped with plenty of seasonal fruit pulp, including "White Peach and Strawberry" (950 yen) and "Passion Fruit Mango" (750 yen). From June 20th to July 31st, a summer gift box (2,500 yen) of assorted fruit jellies will be available, perfect as a summer gift for mid-year gifts. From August 1st to September 30th, "Okinawa Salt & Caramel Macarons" (3 pieces for 1,200 yen, 6 pieces for 2,000 yen) and "Okinawa Salt & Caramel Eclairs" (200 yen) will also be on sale, made with pistachios, lychees, chocolate, and more.
