Green Italian Trucia, a vegan-friendly restaurant where you can enjoy a casual vegan menu, will open on November 22nd in Eat Paradise on the 7th floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku.
In addition to traditional modern Italian menus (menus using animal-based ingredients), this natural Italian restaurant also offers a wide selection of vegan menus (menus using plant-based ingredients) made with healthy ingredients.
About Green Italian Trucia
Green Italian = natural Italian that actively uses healthy ingredients. Trucia is Italian for torch (sacred fire or torch in English). It is our hope that our restaurant will continue to be loved and needed forever, providing a warm and wonderful time and space, like dining around a fireplace or torches.
A diverse lineup including modern Italian and vegan menus
By offering a wide range of vegan menus in addition to traditional modern Italian dishes, we are able to bring people of all diets together to enjoy a meal. In addition to dishes using meat substitutes, which have been gaining interest recently, we also offer vegan-style dishes such as foie gras, oysters, pizza, croquettes, hamburgers and puddings, making this a natural restaurant where you can enjoy the fun of making choices and experience the possibilities of plant-based foods.
