Aman Tokyo (Otemachi, Tokyo) will open "La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo" on the second basement floor of "OOTEMORI," the Otemachi Tower where the hotel is located, on Friday, October 1, 2021. Executive Pastry Chef Yoshihisa Miyagawa, who has led the pastry department since the hotel's opening in 2014, will offer a wide range of classic and delicate cakes, homemade bread made with carefully selected ingredients, sandwiches, chocolates, baked goods, juices and other gift items.

Miyagawa's sweets, such as the popular afternoon tea at The Lounge by Aman, which changes its theme with the seasons and is served in an antique trunk amidst a chic interior, the dolce that adds elegance to the course at Italian restaurant Alva, and the dessert sets and seasonal parfaits served at The Café by Aman, have gained popularity for their chic beauty that respects the natural colors of the ingredients and their authentic, deep flavors based on traditional French pastries. In addition to year-round desserts such as classic chocolate and cheesecake, La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo will also offer seasonal cakes made with plenty of autumn fruits, such as pear tart and Mont Blanc. Our whole cakes are perfect for celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries, or as an accompaniment to home parties.

We offer a wide variety of breads, from Aman Tokyo breakfast favorites like croissants, pain au au chocolat, and pain de campagne to our carefully crafted hard breads. Enjoy our fragrantly baked breads made with cultured butter from France and rare organic wheat from Tokachi, Hokkaido.

And, thanks to our convenient location near the Otemachi and Marunouchi business districts, we also offer sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, as well as drinks like coffee and juice. Our sandwiches feature homemade pâtés and seafood marinades, creating simple yet satisfying flavors that highlight the bread's rich flavor.

The store will also stock "KOBAKO," a gift item featuring chocolates made by Miyagawa, who is also a chocolatier, baked goods reminiscent of Aman Tokyo's modern Japanese design, Aman Tokyo's original juices and jams from Tanii Farm in Wakayama Prefecture, as well as logo-printed items such as tumblers and lunch bags.

The interior of the store features a glass-walled show kitchen, allowing you to see the pastry chefs at work from outside, and the counter is made of natural stone, creating a calming atmosphere where you can feel the breath of nature, just like Aman Tokyo. Please feel free to drop by.
