Le Café de Joel Robuchon offers limited-edition seasonal menu items. Starting July 9, they will begin selling three menu items made with plenty of summer vegetables, including tomatoes and corn, which are perfect for summer.
 
Joël Robuchon's specialty menu, "Cold Tomato Gazpacho with Small Croutons," is a cold soup with the just the right amount of acidity from ripe tomatoes. Enjoy the refreshing aroma of basil and the crouton's texture.
 
The "Cold Fruit Tomato and Summer Vegetable Pasta" uses capellini, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients, featuring a generous amount of "Amera," a high-sugar fruit tomato from Shizuoka Prefecture, and summer vegetables.
 
The "Genuine Snow Crab and Corn Galette," featuring generous amounts of Gruyere cheese and the aroma and flavor of grilled corn, is finished with a spicy kick of curry powder.
