Additionally, the winning entry from the 14th Annual Assiette Dessert Contest using Glass (Frozen Dessert) held in April this year, "Piña Colada with the Refreshing Aroma of Lemon Verbena," will be available as a special "Tropical Dessert Set" for 20 customers every Saturday in July. In collaboration with Sheraton Waikiki, the Hawaiian fair "Mālama Sheraton" will be held, where the entire hotel will be transformed into a Hawaiian paradise. ◆Pineapple Orange Cake 650 yen
Pineapple jam is sandwiched between orange dacquoise, which is then layered with orange jam and an exotic fromage blanc mousse, and coated in yellow chocolate. Topped with lemon cream, fresh cream, pineapple compote, and orange chips, this refreshingly tart dessert is perfect for summer.

◆Guava Mousse and Cheese Clafoutis 650 yen
A tart shell filled with apricot compote and cheese clafoutis is decorated with guava mousse filled with lychee jelly, mango cream, fresh cream, raspberries, and lemongrass. This tart is an exquisite combination of rich cheese flavor and tropical fruits such as guava, lychee, and mango.

Melon sauce, panna cotta, and melon mousse are layered in a glass, and finished with melon and sweet white wine jelly. It is also luxuriously topped with melon, raspberries, and cream. A sweet and sour brioche dough kneaded with mango juice and dried mango is covered with coconut-flavored biscuit dough and baked. This currently very popular maritozzo is sandwiched between mango custard and fresh cream and made with plenty of summer fruits.
