FAUCHON Hotel Kyoto (located in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture), the first in Japan and only the second in the world, will begin serving a summer menu at Restaurant Grand Cafe FAUCHON, the hotel's main dining area on the top floor, from lunch and dinner on June 7th.



Restaurant Grand Café FAUCHON, located on the top floor of the hotel, offers a menu that expresses the hotel concept, "FAUCHON Meets Kyoto. Feel Paris." through food.

Restaurant Grand Café Fauchon is a place where you can enjoy "bistronomy," elevated by utilizing excellent techniques, high-quality ingredients, and the chef's creativity, based on the spirit of French bistro cuisine that you'll want to eat every day. The hotel, which opened in March 2021, is welcoming its first summer with a lineup that offers the true joy of food, with a rich rhythm of flavors that intersect light, rich, refreshing, and creamy, and a cute yet wild flavor. You can enjoy the flavors that only a gourmet hotel can offer, along with the spectacular view of Higashiyama, Kyoto.
