Everyone's favorite cheesecake is finally available as a sundae. With one bite, your mouth will be filled with rich cocoa and rare cheese, followed by the sweet and sour taste of orange.
 
The "Orange Cheesecake Sundae" is based on a cocoa-scented "Ice Cream of the Gods" mixed ice cream and rare cheese whipped cream, accented with sweet and sour orange. It is topped with white chocolate pearls and orange wafer chocolate.
 
For the first time, we've used mixed ice cream (a mix of cocoa milk and chocolate 65) for the base ice cream. It has an exquisite balance that brings out the flavors of orange and chocolate.

The Hotel Chocolat brand name was chosen with the desire to have our chocolates evoke a sense of fulfillment and extraordinary exhilaration, similar to the feeling of spending time in a hotel.
 
We started our business in the UK in 1993 as an online chocolate shop. We are a cacao lifestyle brand that goes beyond chocolate to include restaurants and cafes serving cacao dishes, hotels, beauty products, and alcohol. We currently have over 125 stores across the UK.

We have also launched the world's first cafe, "Rabot Estate Coffee by Hotel Chocolat." It has been attracting attention as an innovative cafe serving cacao dishes.
