"The SUSHI," a hideaway for adults tucked away at the back of the rooftop bar on the 52nd floor, serves authentic Edomae sushi. While normally open only for dinner, in response to popular demand, the SUSHI will be open for lunch for a limited time for the first time since its opening. To coincide with the Sakura Garden, which will be held in the Triangle Area of the rooftop terrace, the SUSHI will also be adorned with cherry blossoms on its sushi counter, allowing you to enjoy the arrival of spring. The course meal will feature chirashi sushi made with spring-season fish such as cherry snapper and cherry shrimp, along with two small side dishes of the day selected by the chef.
