A new and innovative drink in which "Kubota Junmai Daiginjo" is blended with 45% cacao white chocolate and smooth milk. The strawberry compote, freshly grated yuzu and high-cacao chocolate toppings bring out the sweetness and richness of the Junmai Daiginjo.

A cool dolce made with yuzu-scented gelato made with "Kubota Junmai Daiginjo" and milk, topped with strawberry sauce and espresso. The sweetness, sourness, and bitterness of the sake, coffee, and fruit are exquisitely harmonious, resulting in a blissful taste. The moment you put it in your mouth, it warms and the gorgeous, fruity flavor gently melts into the mouth.
