Kihachi's pie series offers the most delicious seasonal ingredients in a dessert exclusive to the restaurant. This autumn, "KIHACHI's Shine Muscat Pie" will be available, featuring "Shine Muscat" as the main ingredient, with crème chantilly, diplomat cream*, and flaky pie crust carefully layered together to create a mille-feuille-like treat. *Diplomat Cream...a combination of custard cream and fresh cream
