Isetan Shinjuku Store to Host "Seven Days in Love with Strawberries," an Event Filled with Delicious and Cute Seasonal Strawberries

Isetan Shinjuku will be holding an event full of delicious and cute seasonal strawberries, "Seven Days to Fall in Love with Strawberries," from January 13th to 19th, 2021, at the Food Collection on the 1st basement floor of the Main Building. Ten stores will be gathering to offer everyone's favorite strawberries, including classic strawberry daifuku and shortcake, as well as special parfaits and crepes. Each variety and origin is gorgeous and cute in appearance, and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways; it's seven days to truly fall in love with strawberries.

<Mihopan Pop Cake>Strawberry Pavlova "Strawberry Candle"

This is an original recipe of American-born pop cake, adapted for Japanese taste by sweets artist mihopan Tsuzuki Miho. Not only are they cute, but the appeal of Mihopan Pop Cakes lies in their authentic sweet taste reminiscent of gateau au chocolat. Crisply baked meringue and fresh whipped cream. Made with a generous amount of "Ibara Kiss" strawberries from Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The bright red strawberries and two-tiered pure white meringue look like a candy candle.
