Park Hyatt Tokyo will be offering a selection of sweets for Valentine's Day and White Day by new Executive Pastry Chef Julien Perrinet at the Pastry Boutique on the 2nd floor from February 1 to March 14, 2021. Enjoy a memorable moment with your loved ones with these original and stylish treats. The wide variety of flavors makes them perfect gifts for friends or for a sophisticated tea time at home.

A puree of fragrant strawberry, raspberry, and rose tea jam is gently enveloped in a refreshing fromage blanc mousse. A smooth puree that brings out the flavor of berries, a fluffy mousse dough, and the texture of pecan nuts crunch. The adorable shape adorned with edible flowers will also make your heart flutter. *Pink Bliss will be available until February 14th.

Gianduja Tablet> 1,800 yen (6cm x 6cm)


A voluminous tablet with fragrant nuts and a light crunch that pairs well with dark roast coffee or brandy. The striking design reminiscent of modern art makes it a perfect gift.
