Our original citronette, made with domestic lemons and white chocolate for a gentle flavor
Citronette is a traditional French confection made from candied lemon coated in chocolate. This "Lemon Chocolat" was born when our executive pastry chef discovered the high-quality lemons he was searching for. Thick-sliced dried lemons, specially softened exclusively for The Westin Tokyo, are coated in white chocolate. This citronette is a cherished creation that achieves a gentle harmony of the tartness and subtle bitterness of lemon and the sweetness of chocolate. The rich, deep flavor of the high-quality ingredients, which can only be enjoyed here, makes this a perfect gift. In addition to lemon chocolate, we also offer pineapple with a distinctive sweet and sour taste, and mango with a tropical sweetness combined with ruby chocolate.

Product name / Price (excluding tax):
・Lemon Chocolate 1,350 yen
・Pineapple Chocolate 1,400 yen
・Mango Chocolate 1,550 yen
