Bills, a restaurant famous for serving the "world's best breakfast," will be offering a new coffee menu starting December 1st.
This coffee is produced by Single Origin Roasters, a renowned Sydney coffee shop. Known as a representative brand of third-wave coffee in the region, it has been awarded three stars by the Sydney Morning Herald, the highest possible rating for a coffee shop. Its distinctive feature is its pursuit of even greater flavor while categorizing coffee flavors into four categories: bitterness, acidity, body, and aroma. Bills restaurateur Bill Granger also praised it as "the most delicious coffee in the world."
Single Origin Roasters, founded by husband and wife team Dion and Emma Cohen in Surry Hills, Sydney, sources beans directly from coffee farmers across the country and is meticulous about the selection and roasting of its beans. Their roasted beans are also served in famous cafes throughout Australia. The cafe is also actively committed to sustainability, using solar power for its operations. All Bill's locations offer "Bill's Blend Coffee by Single Origin Roasters," a special blend created by Single Origin Roasters to suit Japanese palates. It offers flavors of sweet caramel, chocolate, and ripe plum, followed by a citrus finish. A wide variety of options are available, including "Espresso (Long Black)" (480 yen), "Macchiato" (480 yen), and "Cappuccino" (580 yen). This fall, a new menu item will be available: "Tiramisu French Toast with Poached Cherries and Cocoa Bittle." This French toast is lightly sweetened, making it perfect for breakfast. Three new blends are scheduled to be added to the coffee menu in 2015. You can enjoy the aroma and flavor unique to third wave coffee, such as ``DUROMINA COOP ETHIOPIA,'' which has flavors of light berries, raisins, and jam, with a soft lemon and black tea aftertaste.
