Bills, known for serving the "world's best breakfast," is celebrating the opening of its first North American location, Bills Sydney, in Hawaii with a special "ALOHA from Hawaii" initiative, offering exclusive Bills Sydney menu items at four locations across Japan. The "Buttermilk Pancakes," designed for a refreshing and light meal even in the hot Hawaiian climate, are available with two toppings: "Buttermilk Pancakes with Fresh Fruit and Yogurt," featuring Greek yogurt and seasonal fruit, and "Buttermilk Pancakes with Smoked Bacon, Banana, and Maple Syrup" (¥1,200 each), featuring sweet batter, banana, and the salty smoked bacon. The "Acai Bowl with Banana, Berries, and Homemade Granola" (¥700) allows you to enjoy fruit and granola with sorbet-like acai. These menu items will be available for a limited time from April 1st to 30th at Bills locations in Omotesando (7th floor, Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku, 4-30-3 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), Shichirigahama (2nd floor, WEEKEND HOUSE ALLEY, 1-1-1 Shichirigahama, Kamakura, Kanagawa), Yokohama (1st floor, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse No. 2, 1-1-2 Shinko, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa), and Odaiba (3rd floor, Decks Tokyo Beach Seaside Mall, 1-6-1 Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo). Bills Sydney opened in Waikiki Beach, Hawaii on March 29th (March 30th Japan time). Founder Bill Granger said the decision to open a store there was made possible by the fact that Hawaii, with its beach life and urban elements, closely resembles Sydney, the birthplace of Bills. The store is two-story and has a floor area of approximately 8,000 square meters, making it the largest of all stores. The first floor will feature a cafe and bar inspired by a surf bar, with menu items available for takeout. The second floor, where sunlight pours in from the skylights above, will be decorated with plants unique to Hawaii and will offer a limited menu made with local ingredients. The restaurant will be open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and will also be expanding its bar menu.
