On April 26th, Birdfeather Nobu opened "Toriba Coffee Boutique Coffee Roaster" in Ginza, a shop stocking high-quality coffee beans from around the world. Opening hours are from 11am to 9pm.

The shop's logo and other graphic design was handled by Taku Satoh, while the building's exterior and interior design were handled by Ryu Kosaka. The shop has three floors above ground and one below ground, and its glass walls allow visitors to see inside from the outside, creating an open atmosphere.

The shop on the first floor sells original coffee beans, gift sets, message cards, cups with the logo, measuring spoons and other products. The six main coffee flavors are Kona coffee: "100% Pure Hawaii" (¥2,500/100g), "Blue Mountain Blend" (¥1,800/100g), the standard "Mild Blend" (¥700/100g), the "Dark Roast Blend" (¥750/100g), which can also be used for espresso, "Hawaii Kona Blend" (¥1,500/100g), and "Light Roast Blend" (¥750/100g). A tasting area is also available within the store. The shop also offers a wide selection of related items, including custom-made Head Porter bags for storing tableware and drip packs, Kaikado coffee cans and drippers, and specialty water and sugar, making it easy to brew delicious coffee at home. Three roasters are located on the second floor, and coffee beans roasted there from around the world are sold on the first floor. The third floor is equipped with the latest espresso machines and a lab for coffee research, while the basement floor is equipped with a warehouse for storing raw coffee beans.
