Conrad Tokyo will begin taking reservations for Christmas cakes and other baked goods from October 26th. These elegantly shining Christmas sweets are lovingly and meticulously crafted by a pastry team led by pastry chef Masaki Okazaki, who has won and received awards at international confectionery competitions. 
 
 
This year, the hotel will be offering three types of Christmas cakes. They are "Noel Fraise," Conrad Tokyo's signature Christmas cake, a shortcake drizzled with berries such as Amaou strawberries; "Noel Fraise Chocolat," a chocolate version of Noel Fraise; and the "Christmas Assortment Cake," which allows you to enjoy four delicious cakes all at once. Given the current situation, where large parties are difficult, we have newly added smaller sizes of "Noel Fraise" and "Noel Fraise Chocolat" that can be enjoyed by one or two people. "Noel Fraise Chocolat" and the "Christmas Assortment Cake" are making their debut this year.
 
Christmas baked goods include Conrad Tokyo's original authentic "Stollen," the flavorful Christmas bread "Panettone" that originated in Italy, and the new "Christmas Pound Cake" made with plenty of Japanese chestnuts and a brandy scent this year. The delicate "Christmas Icing Cookies," each handmade by our pastry team, will also add to the Christmas spirit.

A shortcake made with a luxurious mix of Amaou strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and more. The gift-box-like sides are made of white chocolate.
