The "Loquat Parfait from the Oseto District of Nagasaki Prefecture" (1,980 yen including tax) combines mellow loquats from trees over 50 years old with lychee sorbet and jasmine jelly, and the "Asukarubee Strawberry Parfait from Higashimiyoshi Town, Miyoshi District, Tokushima Prefecture" (1,980 yen including tax) uses the beautiful Asukarubee strawberry, which has a firm texture, mellow sweetness, and refreshing acidity, and is as shiny and red as a ruby, even in the sauce, providing two elegant dishes.
