
NO CHEESECAKE, a collaborative product between NO COFFEE, a Fukuoka-based coffee shop with the concept of "Life with good coffee," and Traveling Cheesecake, a cheesecake project that collaborates monthly with seasonal ingredients and artists from all over the country with the vision of delivering the "feelings" of producers to consumers, will go on sale from October 10th.

"NO CHEESECAKE" is made with two layers that strike an exquisite balance: the refreshing "white" layer with the aroma of vanilla and tonka bean and the tartness of yogurt, and the "black" layer with the richness of dark chocolate. The flavor will make an impact the moment you bite into it, and the two-tone structure of black chocolate and white cheesecake is also striking in appearance. The result is an ultra-rich, monochrome dessert that embodies No Coffee's simple and stylish brand image.

The cheesecake recipe was created in collaboration with "yoloz," a company involved in food and agriculture-related businesses. The creator is Masato Yamazaki, also known as the "traveling chef," who has traveled to five countries and worked as a chef in each of them before returning to Japan and collaborating with various restaurants across Japan.
In keeping with No Coffee's reputation for collaborating with various fashion brands and merchandise design, the brand also paid particular attention to the packaging, which was designed by Shibuya-based creative team "FIRSTORDER."
The design incorporates a playful touch that only the purchaser can appreciate, so that you can enjoy it from the moment it arrives to the last bite. This is a fun surprise after you buy it.
