Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo, a one-star Michelin French restaurant located on the top floor of the Chanel Ginza Building, a symbol of luxury in Tokyo's Ginza district, will resume serving anniversary cakes from August 1, 2025.

The elegant cake, with a quilting motif, is being revived. This classic dessert, beloved by many guests, has been reintroduced in a new look in response to popular demand. The impressive cake features a lipstick-colored appearance and an intricate quilting form. This dish combines the aesthetics of French culinary master Alain Ducasse with the timeless elegance of Chanel.

The mousse, made with Madagascar vanilla, is filled with marmalade made from raspberries, strawberries, and blackcurrants, and jam with a tart lime flavor, creating a delicate and multi-layered flavor.
