This latest collaboration product, "An Donuts," is a luxurious treat made with a crispy, fluffy, chewy dough filled with plenty of Eitaro Sohonpo's bean paste.
The dough is made from a blend of three types of flour with an adjusted butter ratio, resulting in a chewy, crisp texture and rich flavor. The bean paste is made from high-quality brown sugar carefully selected from Kohama Island and Iriomote Island to suit Japanese palates, and is mixed with Eitaro Sohonpo's special black honey, resulting in a mellow, rich flavor. The secret to their deliciousness is the balance between the bean paste, which has a subtly sweet, adult flavor, and the dough. These bean paste donuts are perfect as a tea snack to enjoy at home or as a gift. Please enjoy them.
