Made with plenty of Shine Muscat grapes, a taste of autumn that you can enjoy for their rich sweetness and elegant aroma. This luxurious parfait for adults is made with a Kyoho grape and champagne jelly base, combined with creme d'ange, a fresh cheese mousse, and maqui berry granola, which has more than twice the ability to absorb active oxygen than acai, and garnished with a crunchy blackcurrant tuile and blackcurrant sorbet for added accent.
