A richly flavored parfait featuring sweet potato brulee, which pairs perfectly with matcha ice cream or brown rice tea ice cream, and sweet potato and shiratama (rice flour dumplings) with red bean paste balls, topped with a matcha waffle "Tsujiri no Tsuki" shaped like a rabbit looking up at it.

Saryo Tsujiri was founded in 1978 (Showa 53). It all began with the establishment of the "Ocha-nomi Dojo" within Gion Tsujiri, with the hope that the younger generation could experience the correct way to brew and drink tea, and appreciate the true flavor of tea...
