"Sleeping Beauty Sweets Garden ~Once Upon A Dream~" is a sweets buffet that can be enjoyed in a photogenic space that makes you feel as if you have stepped into the world of the fairy tale "Sleeping Beauty." A variety of sweets that express the world of fairy tales will be available, including a pear mousse adorned with Sleeping Beauty's tiara, a three-color Mont Blanc inspired by the three fairies, and a chocolate mousse shaped like a witch's castle.

Among these, the crepe suzette, which is offered as a limited-time special, is a recommended menu item from the chef, boasting an impressive presentation in which it is flambéed right in front of you, with witch's flames rising.

In addition, we will also be offering a tart and panna cotta made with Earl's Melon, a brand melon produced in Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture, which is in season in autumn. Earl's Melon is a representative high-quality melon commonly known as muskmelon. Enjoy this melon, which has an elegant fragrance, smooth texture, and refreshing sweetness.
