Jean-Paul Hévin will be selling the "2020 Autumn Collection" at JEAN-PAUL HEVIN boutiques nationwide and online boutiques from September 1, 2020. 

There are two types of autumn bonbon chocolates: "Automne" and "Fig." "Automne" is a walnut and almond praline and chestnut paste coated in milk chocolate. "Fig" is a fig-flavored bitter chocolate and milk chocolate ganache coated in bitter chocolate. Each is a chocolate perfect for this time of year.
 
 
The gateau is topped with the new "Matcha Introducing "Marron." It combines rich and smooth chestnut cream with chocolate mousse and fragrant matcha mousse. Enjoy the harmony of flavors created by the mild chocolate and the bittersweetness of matcha.
 
"Mont Blanc" will be available again this year. The combination of rich and flavorful chestnut cream, generous amounts of Chantilly (fresh cream), and crispy almond-flavored meringue is a popular item every year.
 
"Marron Confit" (chestnuts simmered in syrup), which allows you to enjoy the taste of chestnuts themselves, is characterized by its elegant sweetness and moist, soft texture.
 
 
"Macaron Marron" is a milk chocolate ganache sandwich that highlights the delicate flavor and gentle sweetness of chestnuts.
